Our evidence-based workforce development programs equip you and your employees to effectively manage interactions with stakeholders, business partners, clients, and meet critical deadlines. By emphasizing leadership, career advancement, OSHA safety, and skill-building, we offer pathways to in-demand certifications and licensed trades in construction, renewable energy, manufacturing, and global green technology.

RHC Workforce Solutions is STEM credentialed, and a Department of Labor and Veteran Affairs Registered Apprenticeship program provider. Our nationally certified job training curriculum awards apprenticeship graduates with a Community College trade certificate. NEXTGEN:  Youth-to-Adult Transitions & Leadership Development

Our career development programs empower students to evaluate their abilities, set career goals, and prepare for fulfilling career pathways. We provide apprenticeships, work readiness training, on-the-job training, and opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship. Additional reentry and support services may also be available through grants and government programs.

Workforce development prepares workers with the skills needed for specific jobs, emphasizing ongoing education and addressing employer hiring demands.

 


What are the benefits of Workforce Development for Individuals and Employers? 

For individuals, it offers the chance to gain skills for better work performance or employment. For employers, it meets skill demands effectively and may include up to 6 months of salary and tax credits for hires from our programs.

Green Apprenticeship Programs

A program uniquely designed for the Employer and the Apprentice 

The RHC Workforce Solutions' Green Apprenticeship Programs are Department of Labor Registered and customized based on industry and trade certification requirements. Graduates receive a community college trade certificate and gain on-the-job experience with wage advancement potential.

Work experience is integrated into our work-based learning. Graduates are OSHA 30 safety certified and receive peer coaching, instructional skills training, trade certificates, and job readiness training. Our program mirrors real-world job conditions, with NCCER, MSSC, WPCSOCC, NABCEP, and EPA credentials. We prepare students for long-term careers, offering tools for career advancement through cutting-edge instruction and hands-on learning. Our instructors include certified Licensed General Contractors, MEP and Craft Professionals, Manufacturers, Sustainability Facilitators, and Adjunct Professors.

Our evidence-based practice focuses on job readiness and supportive solutions, ensuring the right hires for long-term, well-compensated positions with benefits. Core elements include eligibility, employment planning, work-based learning, integrated company culture, and systematic hiring and onboarding.  Stakeholders include employers, public workforce agencies, community colleges, community-based organizations, governments, trade associations, and philanthropic organizations.
